Orders are shipped within 24h (From monday to Friday, except holidays):
– Orders placed before 13h are shipped the same day
– Orders placed after 12.00 (noon) on Friday will be dispatched the following week.

HOW TO RETURN MY ARTICLES ?
Articles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Articles must be returned in their original state, with their original labels and packaging.
No worn, used or damaged articles will be accepted in return. If these conditions are not respected, Castiel Carter Retail reserves the right to refuse the returned articles and refund the money. In such circumstances, articles will be returned to you.
You have 15 days to return your package (between receipt and deposit).
Please use the same box or bag if the condition allows it. In this case, remember to cover the first shipping labels. If you use another packaging, it must be suitable, opaque and the right size.
For an exchange
indicate “exchange” on your invoice on the reference concerned and the new size desired (If you need the exchange quickly we invite you to place a new order directly and request the refund of your original order.)
Check beforehand on our website: castielcarter.com that the new size is available.

For a refund
For a refound, indicate “Refund” on your invoice on the references concerned. Upon receipt of your return package we will process the refund request within 48/72H. The refund is done directly on the means of payment used at the time of the order.
We will refund the original price paid for the returned articles.
The total amount of returns will be credited according to the original payment method of the buyer.
The buyer’s original bank card will be credited when the returned articles are processed and the credit will appear on the customer’s next bank statement.
The original delivery costs are non-refundable, with the exception of cancellations per seller.
